How It Works…

One of our Surveyors will carry out a free survey. This can be done remotely via a mobile phone or tablet.

You’ll be assigned a Coordinator who’ll guide you through the entire process until your move is complete.

You can secure your dates in advance. Our crews will then take care of everything, from packing* (single items to complete contents), to placement (furniture and items).

We can even take items into storage* for you, collecting from your old address and delivering to your new home.

As part of our green pledge, once your move is complete, we’ll plant a tree to offset the carbon emissions of your relocation.

Move Any Mountain
Ok, we’re good, but even we can’t move entire mountains. What we can do is move any home and remove any mountainous problems. Every relocation is different and comes with its own difficulties, that’s why we assign an individual Removal Coordinator to work with you from your initial enquiry through to a happy relocation.

We all want to do our bit to reduce global warming and help in the war against climate change. At Rainbow Removals we aren’t just talking the talk, we’re planting the plant (well, trees to be exact). And we’re not just planting, we’ve bought the land so we can maintain vital habitat. We also use recycled and recyclable materials, we’ve rejected plastic bubble wrap and use ethically sourced, sustainable materials in all our moves. Plus we have a free cardboard recycling scheme.

With over 40 years of experience, as a family-run company we’re proud of our traditional values of service and attention to detail. We listen to what our customers want, and make sure we deliver. Based in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey, using purpose-built vehicles we cater for moves of any size across the UK – whether it’s a four-day move to Glasgow or to a two-bedroomed house on the other side of town.
Loyalty and continuity mean a lot to us, and many of our team have been with us for years. This experience means we are fully aware of the stresses and strains of a move, and we’re here to make sure it all goes smoothly. Simply tell us what you want and the uniqueness of your move, and leave the rest to us.
With our head office and secure containerised storage units we specialise in UK and European removals. Our top priority is to make sure that your move goes as smoothly as possible, and our crews undergo training in safety, customer service and eco-friendly practises.
Generally we have at least three staff on each move, although this varies depending on the size of your move. Each of our vehicles are fully equipped for safe and efficient removal of your goods carrying blankets, cartons, non-plastic bubble wrap and wardrobe hangers.
Our containerised storage is the most up-to-date and efficient means of ensuring that your furniture and effects are safe and secure.
This method of storage means that the physical handling of your possessions is reduced to an absolute minimum. They are loaded direct into purpose-built storage containers, and then locked and sealed. When you decide to have your possessions returned, containers are carefully loaded by forklift on to one of our vehicles and delivered to your new home.
You can use this service to de-clutter your home prior to sale, or just to store excess furniture. It doesn’t have to be part of a house removal.
